I am a 59 year old, single mum of two, living in the Malaga countryside in Spain,  and I have had to reinvent myself many times to survive. 

I have two businesses and my rescue  

My main, and recent focus is the Health Patches - magic fixers I call them! I was introduced to them in November 2023. I had an immediate result, a loosening of a tight right neck muscle, which meant I could look over my shoulder for the first time in forever.  I wasnt convinced though, and forgot to put on the patch, so I waited until February to try them properly. 

I went on to fix a 10 year old painful ligaments in my elbow, a torn meniscus, saw my skin get loads better, scar fading, younger looking, more energy, mental clarity and so much more! 

I then patched my husband, who was facing life in a wheelchair with an unnatural curvature of the spine, alongside arthritis and impacted lumbar discs - he became pain free and totally mobile, we have our lives back again!

My other business is making unique No Pull and No Escape Dog Harnesses. I also make basic harnesses and three point safety ones. All made to measure and shipped worldwide - you can find out more about them here

My next focus is my dog rescue. I have been involved in dog rescue since 2013, starting with putting out charity tins for a local charity, through to fundraising, and now onto my own rescue. One of the breeds I took on personally was a Belgian Shepherd Malinois - they're not for the faint hearted and my pup was hard work for many years. People asked me for advice on handling them. Now this fabulous working breed has become main stream with back yard breeders trying to make money :(. But sadly many people cant handle them and so they're ending up in the pounds getting frustrated, harder to handle and being put to sleep. 

I try my best by taking on one or two, rehabilitating and then finding the perfect home for the dog. I run on my own funds and some donations - for more information please look here
