I have always had a love hate relationship with exercise. I am generally lazy and so to start it is hard, but I love the effect afterwards.
Once I hit a certain age I realised the hard core bootcamp style classes weren't for me, I was taking longer to recover and I was getting aches and pains - I also had no time to be so achy that I couldn't sit on the loo properly!!
And so I designed my own classes, which over the years have been tweaked to maintain muscle tissue, but not to tire out. These classes are designed for anyone, but specifically the unfit or larger person, and anyone with joint issues.
They are only 20 minutes long, low intensity, and no equipment is needed.
I also sussed out that given my own devices, I would make any excuse to NOT do any, and so by coaching these classes myself I have to turn up !

WalkFit (do not be lulled into a false sense of security by the name) is based on walking.
You will do no further than 2 steps forward or sideways, great for small spaces.
You stick to your level always, there are low and higher levels for you to work up to within your comfort zone. No equipment needed, you can wear walking shoes or trainers but they're not necessary.
I tend to do it in bare feet to exercise the soles of my feet.
Classes are 20 minutes long and are 3 euros per class, you can purchase 4 classes for 12 euros and get your next class FREE
The Gentle Fitness Class is based on circuit training, only we don't go anywhere!
There are 9 sets of exercises, alternating cardio followed by a muscle group. It wont break anyone and there are various levels for you to choose from.
It is designed for you to start at the level that suits you, per exercise set, and then build up, not to push yourself into pain but keeping the heart rate elevated only to the level that is the most effective for you.
I will show you how to perform the exercises, to ensure you are not over extending and damaging anything, but also to ensure you maximise the workout, to build your body up to where you want it to be.
Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, 9amUK / 10amSpain, are 20 minutes long and are FREE

We can do these via Zoom, or Skype, Whats app Video , Facebook messenger Video, Facetime or any video system you like.
I can ensure you are working out correctly and not damaging yourself, also you can choose your own music, the location of your choice and can include yoga as well as cardio and muscle group workouts. The first session will include free extra time tol have a chat to discuss your needs and requirements and aims, and then we start the class.
Class session is either 30 minutes for 15 euros or 45 minutes for 20 euros
